Don't mean to post the same thing that everyone else has been, but get out. Also Yakumo I will fully support with with law enforcement. Surely there's SOMETHING we can do, eh? Not that it's getting on my nerves, but I mean some people need to know when to stop. If that means harsh consequences, so be it.
Actually due to the nature of this site, this site doesn't dick around and make idol threats. It has sent real lawyers after users for various issues. So it's not a threat that should be taken lightly around here.

Because he's not letting people PM him directly, I'm going to post this here: Hi Ewrt / Jumarr / GreenRobot, Unfortunately, many people on the site (myself included) believe your emulator includes the Neo-Geo BIOS and games that are technically still on sale by the rights holder, SNK Playmore. You also claim to have included emulation code (specifically MAME) that strictly forbids its use in commercial products, and even if you gave it away for free you must also release the complete source code to the MAME community, as stated in the Legal page of the MAME website ( http://mamedev.org/legal.html ). Also, you failed to clearly acknowledge the inclusion of emulator code within the software, and you included code that was seen as malicious by your user-base and Google. Even more unfortunately, you have annoyed the community on this site by advertising in an intrusive and unacceptable way, and marketing it as if it is a legal product when the users know better. Whilst I don't necessarily agree with the heavy methods which were used on the site to have your content removed, you may wish to consider the legality of your product before going much further down the track. My suggestion: go to Google and persuade them to investigate your product and prove it is not breaking any guidelines or commercial licenses, because by doing that you'll show the people who you feel have a vendetta against you who's right. All the best with your product.
