Recommend me a MSX!

Really? now that is interesting.

 

I think somebody is making a consolized cart only MSX now..I have to look for it but I'm sure this place being this place somebody will know what I'm talkinga bout.

What Ludicrous (aka GoH) is talking about is the MSX One Chip.

Now i'm not an MSX expert, but is there any reason you would want a regular MSX over the MSX One Chip? I suppose price is a big factor, but that memory card slot seems like a really convenient thing to have. Not to mention those USB ports.

 

Most MSX2 have built in floppy drive as well. I was in the market for the MSX on a chip, but price sky rocketed after some internal drama within their production.

It's long out of production and had a fairly limited run as it was.
