I have been trying to find 1CHIP consoles on ebay (that aren't labelled as 1CHIP with inflated prices), and have come across several that should be 1CHIP consoles going by their serial numbers, but are SNSP-CPU-02 motherboards. I don't think they are just case swaps as they have fixed cartridge slots (like a 1CHIP) and controller boards without the diodes (like a 1CHIP). Was there a spate of faulty 1CHIP consoles in the UK that were returned, and the boards replaced with new, known working CPU-02 boards but with later production parts? I know its not a big deal, but its happened to me 3 times now, and its getting a bit annoying.
