Hi guys, As some of you might know I use to do repair and mod videos a few years ago, but due to life being the way it was, I had to stop. Things have settled down and I can now get back to my old hobbies , and youtube on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Probably going to do bad gameplay videos and repair videos still, the repair videos will still target the DIY newcomers and needs to be easy enough for people to do at home who dont have a expensive equipment, might do some talks on oddware aswell. I am really looking for comments and feedback of things people want to see, or what you feel I can do better. My channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/HPZeta
Hello there, I didn't know your channel so your new videos are my introduction to your work and I can say that I really like them. The PS1 controller cleaning video was helpful, I think I'll need to watch that one again in the near future. Your gameplay videos are also quite nice, especially because you play games that won't get that much attention nowadays and you seem like a pretty calm guy, which is really good. I can't stand videos where the host is screaming into his microphone. Maybe you can somehow fill the black space in the lower right corner with something? The cover of the game is a good idea but somehow the remaining black space is distracting, I don't know how but it distracts me. But that is really nitpicking. I'll keep following your videos, maybe you can keep posting the updates in that thread? Greetings to South Africa -Waffeldelta
I think your doing great you should invite people for the show. also your voice is to low. you can bring the mic closer and with software like audacity take the high pass filter and set it to 80 to reduce popping and the low pass filter to 8000 to bring the lows to hearing
Thank you for your support WaffleDelta, I really appreciate it, I think for the next batch of lets plays I am going to add a background, the black is a bit overbearing , I don't really want to spam assembler with new videos each week, but its not a bad idea. I recently bought a mixing console, it needs a bit of work, but as soon as I get it working I am going to patch my voice directly into the audio stream, that should help with the softness, thanks for the awesome advice Coal Stepping and I will look at using Audacity for the repair videos ^.^
After a small hiatus I am back doing longer videos, and decided to share my latest one on here before it goes public. In this video I have a look at the famiclone scene in South Africa and the fact that not all famiclones are created equal,.
Just dropped by your channel and gave you a couple of likes on your videos, along with subscribing Like your videos so far, i cant get enough of these repair and mod videos I dont have much on my youtube channel, mostly guitar related stuff and a zeldaot speed run, but if you could toss me a couple likes it would be greatly appreciated Edit: I also noticed a couple of your videos were unlisted, if you are aware and it was intentional then nevermind me XD
