Hmm, any differences with the E3 Trial and the earlier SA2 preview? I'm guessing the disc themselves holds some old stuff that might have been taken out.

does the sonic CD proto have that missing zone that was removed from the final?

The E3 Trial has different menus as far as I remember. Plus some bugs and things that got cut out from the final game. The SA2 preview I think I've been told has some differences, but I didn't play it myself yet (busy and all :p)

The missing zone you refer to (R2) was never shipped in any form, or if it was, it was internal. So chances to ever see it are rather small.

What a great early 10th anniversary present for the Dreamcast! Thanks, DRX! I thought I might never get to try the E3 edition.

Nice one but I'm interested in drx's Fighting Force for Saturn release! Now that is something to wet your pants about! It's going to be a donation release with only just over 600 USD needed. We all should help out on this one.

Beta's and early builds of games we've all played is cool but to get a chance to play something we never could is far better!.

Great, thanks for this and the previous seeding. I really appreciate it, I got lots of leechers. I've uploaded ~200GB so far myself.

Also about Fighting Force, here are a couple of screenshots:

There are more on my site, but I don't want to derail the topic any more than that ;P

When I can´t donate in money, then I will donate in upload speed. There is no way around that.
