I'm talking mainly for the Xbox, since those are rather simple but any other consoles that have a basic 2 piece blocks like the PSone.

I understand it'd be quite a messy process and I'd need super sharp blades...

How would we go about this?

Styrofoam can be cut using a hot wire- they're relatively easy to make, just a wire that resists an electrical current = heat.

That way you melt the foam along the cut line, and it doesn't shred and leave bits and rough edges.

I have tried this on high density foam, so my assumption is that it works fine on styrofoam.
