    Hello everyone!

I'm restoring a Sega Genesis model 2 and need some information for scratches removal from plastic housing. I know the rubbing compound and sand paper method for shiny surfaces, but I want to preserve the original texture. Any ideas not related with painting?

Surface scratches? I usually use Magic Eraser.

Check out Novus 2 plastic polish. I use this stuff on arcade bezels/pinball parts with fantastic results, It's like a magic eraser but not nearly as abrasive.
http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=180498 look at this thread to see how many guys swear by this stuff.
