stupid story, but true. I was trying to get a sticker adhesive off the back of the psp, when I accidentally used NailPolish Remover to get rid of the residue. Thing is that the solution literally ate the paint off the back of the psp's right side!!!!

What would you recommend to touch up the paint? I dont need it 100 percent perfect, but anything better than a huge white stain in the back of the system. Thanks

Plasticote most likely your best option. Although a sharpie may work just as well if you don't want to have to mess around with masking off all the parts to stop them getting paint in them.

Can you take a photo of it out of morbid curiosity please?

hope this will do, if anyone else has advice, please let me know. Of course, I am going to get the new PSP, but I still want this one in excellent condition if possible

PS: I tried the sharpie; as you can see, it didnt work well

I doubt that you'll be able to fix that yourself. If you want it to look normal, you could buy a broken PSP off of eBay or something and transplant the case.
