I just want to repair some dents on an Atomiswave cab and I don't want to do a full repaint.

    What paint should I use?

Ive heard rumours of using compressed air around a dent for 30 seconds or so then heating with a hair dryer and it can pop out. heat may damage the paint though.

The problem is that there is also some of the paint gone, so I need to paint it, I just don't want to do the whole cab.

It'll be like car touch-up paint. It'll show, although it may not be too bad.

If it will be too bad then I will just bite the bullet and paint the whole thing.

Talking of car touch-up, have you thought about one of those dent pullers? I've seen them in the 99p shop here. Heat is going to affect the paint.

    My solution:

Revell 04 white model paint. Not exactly the same color (you can see it in direct sunlight) but close enough for now. I will have to repaint the whole thing before long anyway (preferably after the next house moving).

Here is an example of the results from the marquee holder:

You can see it up close, but from afar it is okay.
