Repairing a Sega Saturn Diamond edge board

Hi all

I have just received my Saturn Diamond edge 3D NV1 board with controller board.

I picked this up for a great price, I bought it as 'worked last time I used it years ago but sold as seen' which I was ok with. Its in generally good condition but the caps on it have leaked slightly and I'd like to get it repaired.

Anyone here able to help me out?
