Do you have any Gamecube games with rippled inlays?
Around 1 in 30 used games I bought from ebay had a rippled inlay some minor some major, being a bit ocd with perfect games I could not leave them alone lol :)

Anyway I have repaired them all, now they are all smooth and perfect here is how I done it, it's very easy.

I had a stack of 1000 sheets of plain A4 paper from the middle about every 10 sheets inserted an inlay, placed that stack on a hard even surface then a heavy box ontop of that weighing about 10kg.
Leave it for 3 days now your inlays should be nice and smooth.

Next some of the inlays are about 1mm too large for the case, even when smoothed out they would ripple up again in the case so with these ones I trimmed off 1 to 2mm from the back side of the cover leaving the front untouched now they fit snugly completely touching each side of the case flat and smooth.

    Thank you for sharing!
I wonder if it's possible to put one by one inside a t-shirt and iron them out? The iron shouldn't maybe be set on the highest temp though.

Thanks might give this a try in the future.
From memory games that have inlays that don't fit in most cases:
    Pikmin
    Tony Hawk's Underground 2
    Bloody Roar 2

Pikmin, Wave Race Blue Storm, Spiderman, and Super Smash Bros Mele are the only ones that come in NTSC looking cases, yes?
