Replacement Grommet/Bushings for Sega CD Model 2

    Does anyone know a source for replacements for the black rubber grommet/bushings in a Sega CD model 2 with a Sony drive? They appear in the four corners on the module in this image. I'm not sure that I'm using the correct terminology when searching for them.
