Replacing Dreamcast Kiosk TV with identical model, how does it go in?

I have recently picked up a dreamcast kiosk. It didn't come with the original crt but by luck it seems I have found the matching one locally. Has anyone taken the crt out or put a matching one in before? It slides in to a point, then I cannot get the base down in front of the white metal at the bottom that holds the TV snug. Does the faceplate come off somehow? I dont want to have to modify the metal if I can help it, any ideas would be apprecaited. I have included a pic I've found online of how it sits when in properly.

 

Just as an update in the future if this info helps anyone. I finally got it in, I had to lay the TV straight on it's back then rotate it forward as it went in. The bottom of the TV pressed up against the bottom of the orange bezel so I tookoff the samsung signage at the bottom and sanded down the bezel on the bottom of the TV to give more clearance. I also used some lemon pledge to make the bezel and tv more slick and slowly shifted the TV side to side dropping it into place. Maybe there was an easier way but I couldnt see it, the metal housing inside was built using rivets including underneath the top half if you take the top off the base. I don't see any way taking the TV out without completely destroying the TV at the back or the metal on the kiosk. Maybe other people have had success as the plastic was sized differently. It's in and working, from what the previous owner mentioned the TV was never in it and it's likely it left the store without it. Great to get one back in working order and ready to play.
