[REQ] Gameshark / Action Replay

Another thread got me interested once again on cheat devices.
I have my incomplete collection of cheat devices / discs, mostly for PS1 & PS2.

Now, I'm looking for the following, hoping some kind soul is willing to dump/share, as I have not seen these anywhere on the web (and only a couple of times on ebay, but no shipping to my 3rd world country; and can't really spend money at the moment):

-GameShark / Action Replay for PC (I *think* latest version is from 2000, probably v4, but couldn't find specific info, not even on the official website). For reference, from what I understand, there were 3 separate versions for PC (1st: Hardware ISA card + floppy; 2nd: CD-only for windows 95; 3rd: CD-only for Windows 98/Me, this last one is the one I'm looking for)

-GameShark / Action Replay for Dreamcast Upgrade disc v4 (it *seems* like Datel/Interact only sold v3.3 in the CDX package, then released this upgrade disc, but they never released a retail/standalone v4, you had to buy the v4 upgrade disc).

Additional information on these is also welcome (ie. if someone can provide specific release dates, version #s, etc)
