    If this is against the rules, please disregard/delete.

    Looking for PhyreEngine 2.7x (latest with support for PSP) or alternatively older versions.
    Oldest I could find around are 3.x, which doesn't support PSP.

    So, apparently the 2.x versions of PhyreEngine were platform-specific (ie. there was one installer for PS3, a separate installer for PSP, etc).
    Still looking for the PSP versions :)

    i could never find anything either.

    i was able to get phyreengine samples compiled and working on the vita (retail cfw) and windows but never got anywhere trying to find the psp stuff.
