[REQ] Some NGC dev software

Not long ago I found this torrent with NGC dev software. Unfortunately there are no active seeders, and I can't find the stuff I'm interested in elsewhere.
Here's a list of files I'm looking for (the original torrent has more stuff); hope some kind soul has these and is willing to share.

PS: I already looked in Protopia, and these are not there (unless miscategorized).
