    TC demo I can understand, but Christmas Nights was a 'full disc release', and I doubt this is allowed....

    Yeah, but it was a 'full' free game which is licensed... anyways...

    It's fine though, it's not like SEGA made money of it. However if the user knows how to use Google he'd find it.
