    Only a couple of old versions were ever leaked publicly; a quick google search indicates:

    Metrowerks.CATS.for.Codewarrior.for.PS2.R1.1.2-FCN
    CodeWarrior.Analysis.Tools.for.PlayStation2.v2.0-MFD

    I'll see if I can find them and point you in their direction.
