Hey there. I don't post as much as I'd like to, so I'm not really a familar face around here. Let me apologize for basically walking into the forums and spouting out requests. :x Anyway... I'm desiging a UI for a little emulation PC I'm putting together. I have the interface all planned out and written up, but I'm missing the console images! I've googled my heart out, but I can't seem to find many pics 640x480+, much less from an overhead angle! Could any of you help me out? I need: - NES - SNES (or SFC) - Genesis (Model 2 preferred) - PC-Engine (no TG-16, please ;D) All of which should be photographed from an overhead view (though the NES could have a lower angle so you can see the "face"). If any of you could do this for me, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks! That NES pic is perfect! Sadly, the SFC and PCE are too small. The Megadrive pic is nice, but it's at that crazy angle. If only it was from overhead.
Thanks for making me feel welcome, AntiPasta. The original intent of this request was to ask one of you to take a pic of the consoles listed. That is, photograph your own PCE or SNES (provided that you own one, of course) so I can use it for my UI. I don't own a digital camera (or a PCE) and my SNES and Genesis have long gone missing!
I can take pics of Famicom, Super Famicom, SNES, Mega Drive, Genesis, DUO and PCE CoreGrafx. Do you want flash on or off (detail, including ugly detail or not) and exactly what res? I can do 1024x768 res max. You only want topagraphical pics? Where do I mail them etc? I guess I can post them tommarow on a free webspace thing I have.
I can make a few pics at 1600x1200 if you want, mind I have only PAL units (my US SNES is butchered and the parts are scattered thru my room :smt033 ). Also I dont have a PCE :smt022

Heh. I wondered why I was getting so many hits to that directory.. Sorry if you wanted to use that pic, but I was stuffing around with image blocking because lots of people were going to that collection directory, but very few were finding the the actual site ( http://www.angrypixel.net/pressstart for anyone who's interested.) I'm planning on doing hi-res shots of my consoles eventually, but the real trouble is lighting them correctly to get a decent shot. My PC Engine may not be suited, as it has an AV cable hardwired in and that sorta ruins the symmetry for shots. Oh, and hi. Long time reader first time poster, etc etc.
Welcome. I think you'll like it here. You tend to run across people who run interesting sites, and have huge collections. Nice site by the way.
