Request: Original Xbox Live Japanese Beta Test Disc

This Disc was for the original Xbox and had a early version of Moto gp and whacked! For testing. It was only released in Japan.

I Can't seem to find this disc anywhere, and i really wanted it for my collection. Does anyone know where i can get this disc? The only place i ever have saw these discs are on ebay, for $200+.

I know the US XBL beta testing people got discs that had motogp and whacked on them, the US starter kit I think also came with the same disc but colored and not silver.
Here is a quick picture that I took of both of my discs although I haven't check the contents to see if there are any differences.

My quick googling couldn't find any pictures of a specific version of this disc released only in japan though.
