I've the big news : i have tested the settings dev kit on my ps vita testing kit, it shows the boot parameters on my testing kit with release check mode , release mode console and PS TV emulation but i'haven't tested the options because i fear to brick the console

DO NOT ENABLE TV MODE!!!!
If you do the system will only allow control from a DS4/DS3 that is synced from neighborhood, aka you would end up with a possible softbrick since you can't get back into settings to switch it off.
That is if it even works at all
