Just checked, there is 2.81 ofw. Just de-psar vsh_arc* via psardumper.
Last gift from me. There is a key for *.prx.enc files (also known as MSID).

to complement Yoti's answer, use one of kirk 7's seeds together with MSID to decrypt the .prx.enc files.
