REQUEST: Resident Evil: ULTIMATE EDITION (Biohazard 2 BETA 2 Fixed Image & More)

Did anyone get lucky enough to grab this when the links were up??

I'm specifically looking for the fixed (non-corrupt) version of the Biohazard 2 Beta v2.
Perferrably the 690MB version so I can burn it to a CD+R.

I honestly have no idea. I've heard of the Trial, but not a Pre-Beta disc. Doesn't hurt to try though! :friendly_wink:

 

File is called "pre-release" something ... but looks like a full size image (~400 MB).

Same. It's not that they're down, but that the user who uploaded them has exhausted their user share limits. Free users, which the uploder is, has a file share limit of 1GB per day. Good luck to both of us tomorrow! :very_drunk:

Regarding the RE3 pre-release, It's been talked about here:

Also, I recall it being discussed over at THiA about how someone once had a RE3 beta with the Sony Playstation SCEA screen modified. There was also talk of a complete build without voices.

 

Correct me If I'm wrong, most of them already leak in Palace game site before ?

 

Only the Bio1 Alpha versions and a Bio1 debug Beta.

Wouldn't be too much bother, it seems to be bootleg.

 

He basically says that he managed to find a US pre-release version of RE3 on the interwebz and that he can't make out any content differences to the final retail version, even though the file sizes and dates differ in comparison, which makes this version a few days younger than the release version.
He asks the community if anybody knows more about it and who this "P. NINJA" is, who is mentioned in the PS bootscreen.

I believe it's just from a bootleg disc that was floating about prior to release. We know that one did exist, I think many people had copies of it. P.NINJA is likely the person who released it to the Internet, many people used to add custom boot screens and sign with their handle or team name back in those days. It's not so common practice now, I think the last system I seen people doing this sort of thing was on the Dreamcast.
