[REQUEST] Searching For the Nitro SDK 3

I've been looking for the official Nitro SDK for several hours, specifically the third version.
All I have gained from that time is the filename: 'NitroSDK.zip'
I've also seen another file floating around, but only 404s surround it. ;~;

I would be indebted to anyone who could be of any assistance in locating and retrieving it.
