(Request) South Park Pinball Prototype/Pulled Initial Version Rom.

Hello, After reading this article a while back, I Have been on the lookout for the rom image for this profanity-filled version of south park pinball:

Unfornately, I can't find anything related to the rom image online. There was a site that sold bootleg pinball roms that had it for sale, but that site has been dead for over a year.
Is there anywhere where I can download (or even buy) This weird pinball game?
