[Request] The Sims or Simcity beta's

I am looking for Beta's of any The Sims game (Excluding 3/4), and Beta's of any SimCity game (Excluding 2013).
If anyone has any, let me know. If you have any unreleased builds, I have some unreleased builds id trade or I might buy a build depending on price.

"The Sims 2" alpha / beta - MAC / PC

 

I bet you someone in this world has beta versions of The Sims 2, ranging from before and after the fire, but won't share them due to how EA is. I also bet you that someone somewhere has a build of the SimsVille cancelled game, but, yet again, EA would get pissed and their law team would remove them quicker than the blink of an eye. But, the Sims 2 beta was supposedly "leaked" earlier this year, yet it had been removed too quick for anyone to really get it.

 

I stumbled across this preview of "The Sims 1". The interface looks a bit different.
Any idea of a version number or if this ever hit the net ?
