Hi, I'm looking for devkit or testkit PUPs for firmwares over 3.60, so 3.61 or (ideally) 3.63.

If you've got one please PM me.

This will be used for restoring PSN access w/ HENkaku (needs to be 3.63 devkit) and other misc kernel developments. Thank you.

I'm sorry I do not have the debug firmware 3.63 or 3.60 3.61 i've only ptel or pdel question your ps vita is dev kit or test kit has expired?
