Ok so RMandel wrote shit. So we are done here.

 

Here's hoping one day another more complete build comes to light, even with help from a community fundraiser.

 

There is an thread about an Oddworld beta, they said that RMandel said shit about having an beta build, something like that.

 

It is has been a long time I since log on and have no idea what is going on here, I remember that in other thread said it was going to release in November 2014? or something like that!? So there is no official release yet or has it? I'm confused here due to so much debate and opinions.

 

I'm not sure about RMandel but a lot he says (or writes) matches with some other people's experiences (including mine) so I can say that what he wrote on 1.5 is ok. I can understand why people would choose not to believe him though.

I ultimately don't care though. All the drama from the community took away any joy I could have had with the former 1.5 "restoration", now being remade from scratch. I will be interested again if someone finds/leaks the more advanced builds but I find that unlikely.

 

So they are building one from scratch now? Did the restoration project get dropped?
