We'd once concluded that a Saturn version of Biohazard (Resident Evil) 2 never got much further than about 15% complete, possibly not even reaching a stage where code may have existed. More recently, however, it's since been suggested that this figure only applies to the port Nextech was carrying out based on the final PlayStation build and not the "1.5" prototype. Supposedly, this was being developed simultaneously for both the PS and Saturn with no lead platform - unlike its predecessor and all-but confirmed by the presence of both console logos in a teaser video released as part of the April '97 volume of the CFC Style promotional video series. Considering its overall silence on the subject (apart from obvious declaring it a dead project and vastly inferior to what we ultimately received instead), Capcom may never fully reveal how far along the Saturn version was or if any media from this ever surfaced. As for the subject of code being out there, I wouldn't rule out anything... though naturally most fans would prefer to get their hands on a later PS disc as it's been guaranteed this was roughly 65-80% finished prior to development restarting depending on the source of information you follow!
the graphics prob looked all messed up like the first saturn one, i was looking forward to resident evil dash. but of course that never happened.
