It's the 'uncut' version - it has the longer FMV bits including the long version of the intro (which the Saturn version also had).
Quick! Summon Dot50Cal! He's got like a gazillion different "branded" versions of Resident Evil/Biohazard (PC), from various graphics card bundles and stuff like that. Anyway, most of the PC releases were pretty much identical as far as actual content goes.
I have that one (in fact, I think I've once mentioned it on a thread around here many moons ago). Never tested it, as PowerVR were a pain to find in 2003, let alone now. It supposedly might work with a TNT2. I have an old computer kicking around, and I might give it a go, as many older games don't like the GeForce varieties of 3D cards.
