retaining color during Pal to NTSC output for xbox

Anyone have an idea on how to get a pal to NTSC converson on a xbox to retain color. I have tried a couple of converter boxes but the best I get is still B&W

 

It can be done with software, noo need to buy anything Look on Xbins.

 

switch your xbox output into NTSC from PAL. that should do the trick.
