I ask here and not on CheapAssGamer because my tastes coincide more frequently with this crowd (and because I'm not necessarily after the bargains.) Any good retro game shops in Cincinnati, Ohio? I'll be there in a couple of weeks and I figured I'd clean 'em out of good Sega CD and TurboGrafx stuff while I was there. I've cleared out all the stores in Florida of what I want, so now it's just filling in the gaps. Any recommendations (or warnings against) are appreciated.

    Well, call yourself lucky.

I used to go to school in the Cincinatti area...and there was pretty much only one store that I considered to be worth my time.

In the Tri County Mall, in...Springdale I think it was called, there is a store called Game Swap...I think that is one of the best independent Game stores that I've found.

Lots of games for pretty much everything...the prices are even decent. They also have the occasional import. (I got my PC Engine Salamander there.)

I haven't been there in a year or so, but I'm sure they're still there.

With the fact that their prices are usually good, I wouldn't exactly expect to find tons of great Sega/Turbo Grafx CD stuff there. Though they're pretty much guaranteed to have something, their prices are usually fair so that they turn over pretty fast...in most cases.

Cool, thanks for the recommendation. Believe it or not, there's a Game Swap in Florida that I'm pretty sure is part of the same chain. They're in a tiny town called Middleburg and they had the most reasonable prices on old PS1 games I've seen. That store also happens to be where I picked up my copies of Lost Kingdom, Sonic Jam and a bunch of other Saturn games.
