    Hi,

A general question- not looking to buy yet, just wondering =)

This Racketboy article (http://www.racketboy.com/retro/nint...g-the-best-8-bit-nintendo-art-from-japan.html) inspires me. I'm in the UK- where would be best to find artwork at posters like this from the 8-bit/16-bit/32/64-bit era? Advertising.. posters.. artwork.. I love how iconic it is, be it from the UK or Japanese. American isn't quite the same..

..eBay brings nothing.. I'd love a room like the Angrey Video Game Nerds ;)

Well most of this stuff comes from one side of the ocean or the other so shipping really can't be helped. As for other places I know that GaijinPunch sells flyers from time to time so you might ask him.

Please could you make duplicates or replicas and blow them up to like something you can hang on the wall? Like poster size?

I'm a college student so I can't afford 40 dollars a poster. But if you made replicas you could sell a bunch.

Unfortunately, I can't. I don't have the time for it. I know others are interested in replicas. It'd be a good business since the real things can be expensive.

If you want to look, I have ass loads of flyers (mostly size A4) up:
http://www.gamengai.com/main.php (Flyers has it's own menu).

If you want posters, I'm going to go out on a limb and say gamengai is the only site that has actualy scans of posters... most of which are B1 and of the arcade persuasion.
    http://www.gamengai.com/bn_ix.php?type=poster&l=e

I have a few console ones up, but posters from 8-bit and 16-bit era are pretty rare... if they're even heard of at all. 32-bit and up is another story.
Here's some console posters I've got that I'll go out on a limb and say are pretty rare:
    Jet Set Radio
    Jet Set Radio
    Panzer Dragoon Orta <-- Rocks
    Jet Set Radio Future

FYI, all items pictured in that article is an A4 flyers. Not 'posters' per se...not by size anyway.

I won't tell you how much I've paid for some in the past. I've seen Famicom flyers go for $200+.

It'd be an illegal one as well.

We have an entire multi-page thread devoted to the disaster that is known as western box art.
