Retron 5 - Does it actually work with games that use a VC6 chip or other hardware?

Does anyone know if the Retron 5 actually works with games that use the VC6 chip or not? I assume since it's simply dumping ROMs and emulating them that it does?

 

It could support it. But the games may not be in the database. And if they get added, the emulator still needs to support the mapper. Partial support isn't too hard, but you'd probably be disappointed if it lacked the expanded sound capability.

 

I own a Retron 5 and it works with games like Akumajou Densetsu and Lagrange Point.

 

Does Retron 5 work with older USA multi-carts? Caltron or Myrad 6 in 1 and Maxi 15 for example?
