My cd drive is dead so I'm unsure of the format on this one. The case is marked Revelations prototype flatline software. I can't find much on Flatline but this is one of the disks that came from Acclaim.

If I had to guess it would be for PS1. As best I can tell FlatLine Software only existed up until 1999. And for such a do-nothing comany I doubt they dropped the cash for a PS2 or Dreamcast Devkit.

Can't you put it in your CD drive and do a directory of it? Sounds like a PC game actually.

Could be PC. I dunno. I guess it goes back for now.

I have no cd drive on my computer. When I try to use it for anything (any cd at all) the pc locks up and I have to turn the power off. The only time I ever use it is when someone asks what files are on a prototype so its really not a big deal.

For reference: Even though this thread is old, "Flatline-Software" shows up in the top 10 of Google - "Revelations" was one of the three titles that we (I was the president (in title only) and technical director for Flatline Software back in the day) pitched to publishers.

It was Windows-based, was truly a prototype (by no means a finished game), and probably doesn't work on modern machines.

The intro movie, however, is still pretty cool. ;-)

P.S. "And for such a do-nothing comany I doubt they dropped the cash for a PS2 or Dreamcast Devkit" provided a good (and much needed after the horribad business debacle) laugh. ;-)
