http://www.joystiq.com/entry/1234000350070803/ just tell us what it is all about, nintendo. :banghead:
I swear. Nintendo is making it up as they go along. They'll stop telling us about new features when they think we're all sufficiently impressed. I imagine they have the basic hardware pretty much done...and now they're adding whatever bells and whistles they can cram in there to "wow" us.
i dont complain. :020: They take risks and try other things, give them that, at least. i hated nintendo back in the n64 days, and in the earlier days of the cube. Then, when they made Zelda: TWW, i got charmed again. Now, they are the only one out of the three compagnies that are able to capt my attention, and make me feel as exited as i was in the ol' good days .
Isn't that what all companies do? They add bells and whistles to make us buy their product. At least it's not a month to launch and they can't make up their minds about what the system can or can't do. They've got a year to tweak it. Hey, they've got me with the controller and download service. Anything else at this point is icing to me.
I'm not complaining, I love Nintendo, (bought every one of their systems with the exception of Virtual Boy [My Parents wouldn't let me]), but I just want to know...they've been stringing us along for ages.
im just trying to make some life in this noiseless forum.. :crying: edit: i heard spong wasnt a good source tho. A funny quote, still. And the mysterious nintendo patent was updated not long ago: http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-...RS=AN/nintendo
I'd love it if Shigsy and co were all over there just making it up as they went a long, it kind of fits with the mad scientist image I have for Nintendo haha. I love Nintendo I do, but they are stark raving bonkers (and all the better for it). I hope the Revolution lives up to its name
I believe them. They told us they had something Revolutionary in store for us before, and they delivered 100% with the controller. I have no reason to doubt them at this point, especially because they've shown no interest in competing directly with Sony and M$, so I don't think that this is just 360-launch-time bravado from them. The DS rules, so far the Revolution looks amazing, both are great for all the right reasons.....yay Nintendo. They shall rule again.
if they get enough support and if the control deliver on the points its suposed to, then i think they certainly could. Just like DS is outselling the psp, even if the psp had sony's name and more power. i doubted a bit at first with the DS, even if it was my personal favorite, but the numbers are here.
There's a updated Revolution movie on the Revultion site of Nintendo Europe! http://ms.nintendo-europe.com/black/enGB/index.php?show=main
at TGS you mean, at E3 we got shown the black box that is the rev, and bugger all else , then at TGS they made the Nintendo fan hidden within all of us cream its pants with glee with the controller video Speaking of that Euro Rev site though, i did find it amusing that the email I got from Nintendo Europe about said site was on the 2nd of December, I'm sure it was pure co-incidence that they send a mailer out on the launch of the XBox360 haha
