Were you still looking for cover inserts? I started in on some NTSC-U covers in the white and black styles, but didn't finish. They're a very high resolution, though the scan of the sample cover had to be blown up a bit.

I'll go ahead and assume it was something stupid then, like being unable to handle PSD files without first converting them to JPG.

Sega "not giving a shit" wouldn't be a satisfactory response if a pressing company is concerned (correctly I might add) about copyright issues.

I just hope you guys didn't get in over your heads with this. How many companies have you tried getting to do them?

What happens if you can't find anybody to make them? You would think somebody would at least be able to manage something with such a small print run like this.

Also, it should be noted Dreamcast backups have to be handled specially by many programs to get to work, as you don't just burn them like regular cd's, but companies should be experienced enough to know what to do. Didn't some have to be refused as they were a bad batch already, or am I mistaken?

I am just saying because I thought Assembler had to refuse a batch already? Please forgive me if I am mistaken however.

I might have misunderstood something, I do know he said he had the option to make a second batch with black and white covers, but I also thought I heard something about something going wrong somewhere.

The first batch that ASSEMbler refused were pressed wrongly. The company had no problem with making the disc but they did have a problem reading the instructions to how it should be pressed.

The second company will press the discs (as far as I know) and also offered an extra print run of monochrome printed discs as well as the full colour discs. Weather these discs have been pressed or not I don't know for sure. We'll have to wait for ASSEMbler to fill us in.
