    Check it out

Anyone here follow these and know how much they usually go for? I got mine a year and half ago for $75. $250 sounds like way too much!

Yeah, that is way too expensive. You got an unbelievable deal though. Nice job. That's how much I would pay for a copy.

    $75?

Paid $50 for a collector's edition copy with box about a year after it was released. Damn good game though.

They are only worth good money if they are factory sealed. Otherwise they are a dime a dozen.

In Australia they didn't release a non-collections edition version. Every single copy was the gold cart with the special box.

Yea it's quite interesting how I got it. I lost an auction on one of these. I think it went for around $120. Well the next day I got an email from this guy saying that he would sell me one for $75. I figured I might as well give it a shot. A couple of weeks later nothing came and I was thinking this guy screwed me. But a couple of days later the game came with a bunch of extras. He also included a couple of new Zelda figurines, strategy guide, and T shirt.

Interesting. I wonder if there is a difference between USA and Australia box/game. Is Australia NTSC or PAL?

dam i want that, not for that much money tho

OoT was the game that really really hooked me into video games. It should be regarded as art.

I would say it's in my top 3 games of all time

  15. What's the Collectors's edition? Just the gold cart and the unedited v1 of the game?

What is it with the exorbitant price on sealed games?

What, to, like, keep it sealed and put away neatly?

Games are meant to be played, dammit! A damn piece of very neat transparent plastic does not make this product worth more than twice the price.

    Plus Zelda OOT really rocks!

Sealed games are worth what they're worth, I personally like sealed games. I open them though, unless it's for collecting purposes which is something I don't do with games. Buying sealed games is great since often I buy used games that have been deficated upon XD knowing I'm the first to open makes all the difference.

well even those special limited edition zelda disks for the GC are going pretty expensive. They've got two that are climbing in price slowly.

also is there a way to tell if you're bidding on one of the re-pressed OoT games or whatever? I heard it got edited because it had muslim like chants in it originally.

the collector edition isn't ''re-pressed'', good luck finding a normal edition not ''repressed'' though.
