The actor Bill Pertwee has died aged 86. Cousin of Doctor Who actor Jon Pertwee, Bill has acted in radio, film and television, also serving as a warm-up act for many televsion shows. He was best known for his role as ARP Warden Hodges in Dad's Army, but was also popular in You Rang M'Lord?
