Jeff Hanneman, guitarist from Slayer has died aged 49. He had been recovering from necrotising fasciitis, a flesh-eating disease which he contracted from a spider bite, and died of liver failure. Jeff was one of the founding members of Slayer back in 1981 and had been with the band since the start, although he had to quit touring two years ago after his injury. He contributed to their songwriting process on all albums. http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2013/may/03/jeff-hanneman-guitarist-slayer-dies RIP Jeff. Thanks for the music.
