Jon Brookes has died aged 44, after losing his fight with cancer. Brookes was the drummer with The Charlatans, and had been on tour with them in the US when he collapsed on stage. Was it Jon playing? I think he'd retired by then. He collapsed on stage and was diagnosed in 2010. Nice pics, though!
This happened to one of my friend/work colleague. Suddenly collapsed in seizures while working, was rushed to hospital and diagnosed brain tumor. He died 9 months later. I can imagine how that particular gig ended up being a terrible event.
