Actress Kate O'Mara has died aged 74. In the Sixties and Seventies, she was often on British television in bit parts in popular series such as Z Cars, Danger Man, The Champions, The Saint, The Avengers, Department S, The Persuaders! and The Protectors. However, she really made her name in the Eighties as a star in shows such as Triangle, Howards' Way and Dynasty.
