I just found out about this one - a bit late, but worth mentioning. The actress Marcia Wallace died on 25 October. Her death certificate lists pneumonia as a cause of death, and cancer as a significant factor. Wallace became known for her appearances on The Merv Griffin Show, leading to many guest appearances on game shows and television dramas.
