I just saw the same thing the other day! Completely sucks... Someone has tried to make one using Rolbe design, rememberingrolbe.com but the calculator is out of date and the fees are different. I found another one too that says its up to date and its pretty similar to Rolbe's calc... feesnap.com/ebay.html
