Is there way to do it? I want to use debug .xex file with my retail copy, but XDK only reads the "Put disc in X360" DVD files. Or somehow to rip using PC?

Short and simple answer: nope. There are exceptions but your best bet is to either rip a game with your PC or with a hardmodded retail console.

JTAG/RGH - Pop disc in, use something like Freestyle or XeXMenu to rip the game over to a USB drive.

PC - Reflash an Xbox 360 phat BenQ or LiteOn drive with 0800 custom firmware, hook it up to your PC, fire up Xbox Backup Creator, rip the game to an ISO, use the image browser via Xbox Backup Creator to then extract ripped ISO.

Obviously between those two options the former would be much easier, but that's contingent on you having multiple consoles.

Unless this guy shows up to his place with an XDK in his jacket, the two options I recommended are going to be the go-to solutions.

The easy answer - no you can't rip via an XDK
The longer answer - no you can't rip via an XDK UNLESS you shadowboot as a retail system.

Personally what I do is use an RGH with an HDD connector pulled from a phat HDD so I can easily connect a slim HDD to it too. I rip said game to the XDK HDD ( if its like a slim or a standard HDD because sidecars aren't worth opening for a game rip). Then I move the HDD back to my XDK, move over the default.xex and anything else that needs to be edited to my PC via XboxNeighborhood, edit them the files with X360GameHack, move back over to the kit and see if she runs. Most games work, some do not. Games that have the default.xex to run a container folder (XBLA) wont just work because you need to unpackage the container, edit, repackage with XLAST, place back in the game so the default.xex will work. But honestly with that headache, I just keep it as an XBLA title and move to the content folder so it will show up in XContent vs XEX/EXE section.

You can also use a USB thumb drive to maneuver game if you want to as well. You can simply connect an RGH/Jtag running RGLoader to XboxNeighborhood, pop disc in and drag the entirety of the disc directly to your PC under the disc folder of the console.

    Hope that isn't too confusing.....

Just install to USB on a retail system then use xstaff or whatever to rip game to desktop then convert the GOD/NXE files to iso, after that just extract the iso with some tool capable of reading Xbox 360 ISOs and convert to dev with xextool or whatever.

I am terrible at explaining things :(
