I was poking around about the familiar old PC version we already know of... But found this. :-0 One title I'd never expected to see handheld. Anyone in Japan by chance tried it? "Rockman X ver" makes me curious if Zero is sold separate. Might be fun (or morbidly disappointing) to check out how well such a fast paced 2D-graphics-rich game holds up on cell phone. http://www.capcom.co.jp/keitai/action/action83.html
It was Ok to be honest. Before smart phones, Japanese phones had quite a few good games from the likes of Capcom and Cave. There was even ports of Sega Rally and House of the Dead with motion controls. They played well IF you had a phone with a good D-Pad. The Sharp Aquos phones normally felt nice. I have loads of these games including a fantastic version of Cotton 100% but the games can't be played now. Once you end you contract the phones get locked down. Bloody rip off because I paid for the phone. You can't even use the cameras on them. In fact you can't use anything on them including the music player, TV, games and so on. Bastards!! Yakumo
Ugh yes. Cell phones are a field I'm glad I've rarely explored with any seriousness. Apparently worst of all are international roaming fees of some providers.
