    I contacted ryaku based on his offer of help in the "Ask A Local" thread.

    On my behalf he pre-ordered and purchased the Limited Edition Final Fantasy VII Vinyl (Record) collection from Squeenix in France and shipped it to me in the USA.

    He was courteous, helpful and promptly answered email, and the packing job he did was superb.

    Action: helped buy an item on French website
    Date: November 2014
    Item: Dreamcast game
    Feedback: I took up ryaku's "ask a local" offer. He was extremely helpful throughout the process, helping me track down an item, letting me know which had defects, communicating with the seller, purchasing the item and shipping it to me. He left the item in its original parcel, then wrapped it further in another parcel. He provided me with photos and updates, a tracking number (which didn't work - thanks La Poste!) and was always contactable if necessary. His English is very good too!

    I would highly recommend him as a seller or as a proxy service in France.
