SA-»hidden cutscene

I can't remember where I saw this. I've been googling for a while and nothing.
The only thing I remember is that if we did not get one of Sonics special abilities + doing certain combinations until the very end of the game (all chars 100%) we would get some hidden cutscene that wasn't supposed to display on the final version of the game... can anyone add any further information regarding this matter?

You can do that without that glitch. Just beat a normal stage during the Super Sonic story, and quit. When you come back, you get a recap of the current story like all the other character story.

Yep, just recaps. There's a few of them, depending when you quit, and continue.
