    Maybe so but the PC Engine still has only the same amount of colours to choose from as the Mega Drive (512) or even less if you consider the Mega Drive's 1536 colours when including shadow and highlight mode.

    Well in that case the MD falls short since the most it can display is 248 using clever programming.
