Safe place to buy a PSOne modchip?

I'm looking for a reputable place that sells PSOne modchips, one that preferably accepts PayPal. I need it shipped to the US, so nothing that would kill me on shipping. Also, it would be nice if I could order a transparent case from the same place (I believe Lik-Sang is out of them).

Of course, if any of you already have a modded PSOne (no PSX's) that you wish to sell for under $40, then I might consider taking that :smt023. Thanks :smt033 .

 

I did buy a Game Enhancer from www.modchip.com but with standard shipping, it took 3 weeks and I thought I got jipped until it arrived a day after I emailed them. Some might see them as overpriced but apparently they are reliable. Oh but they don't take paypal.

I bought something called a "Goldfinger" yesterday at the local game shop. I realize I'll have to get another Playstation (yes, I know which one to buy, I'm just lacking the $30 to do so), but I was wondering how reliable these are?

By the way, I figure this would be better than having to keep up with a special disc or run the risk of ruining my precious PSOne :smt009

I've read that the Goldfinger works fine, although I'll have to get a SCPH-7501, which shouldn't be too hard to find.

 

My friend had a gold finger, they work pretty good, timing is very tricky though.
